Location: 24 New Market Road Onitsha, beside St. John De Baptist Catholic Church
Position: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and provide exceptional support.
  • Answer inquiries, resolve complaints, and offer solutions.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless experience for clients.

Requirements:

  • Female applicants only.
  • Must posses at least B.Sc; HND; or OND in any discipline
  • Must be Resident in Onitsha or its environs   
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
  • Must be willing to show up in the office for 5 days and work 1 day from home
